This gumbo recipe is made with a savory dark dry roux, seasoned chicken, and spicy sausage with tons of shrimp and blue crab. This is my late mother’s recipe and it has been a favorite by all who have tried it for decades!

You will never buy canned cranberry sauce again with my delicious Homemade Cranberry Sauce Recipe. Fresh cranberries, cranberry juice, vibrant freshly squeezed orange juice, zest simmered in sugar, warm cardamom, and a drizzle of dessert wine, what could be better? This recipe comes together in minutes, is make ahead, and is my favorite Thanksgiving day hero. I make this every year, and people are always asking to take it home!

Peach Cobbler is one of my favorite desserts to make in the summertime! It earns extra points because my mom always made peach cobbler. If you ask anyone who knows my family, they would rave about her cobbler! My mom always made her peach cobbler with canned peaches, but you’d never know because it always tastes so good!

It’s a savory jam with lots of bacon, a touch of sweetness, and spice. Try it on burgers, bagels, toast, fries, or potatoes. You can literally put this on anything!
