HOW TO MAKE AIR FRYER CHICKEN WINGS
Prep the chicken: Start by gathering your chicken and patting it dry, removing any excess water, then placing the chicken in a large bowl. Season the chicken wings with salt, pepper, onion, and garlic powder, and toss well.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 390 degrees and place one layer of chicken wings inside. Cook the wings for 10 minutes. Then, flip the wings over and cook them for another 10 minutes. The wings should be crispy and browned.
Make the sauce: In a medium bowl, add the chili flakes, vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, ketchup, sesame oil, and hot sauce. Heat on the stovetop for 5 minutes. You can also place the sauce in the microwave for 5 minutes. Remove the sauce from the stove or microwave and allow to thicken.
Toss the wings in the sauce. Top with sesame seeds and green onions and serve.
